Coey Viking, one of the two specialized, multi-purpose PSV units ordered by Borealis Maritime, cooperating with the Swedish shipowner Viking Supply Ships AB. The concept of the ships, basic documentation and its modification were carried out by Wartsila Ship Design (VS 4411 DF-PSF project).

Coey Viking has a hybrid propulsion system consisting of two Steertroop azimuth thrusters with a power of 2 x 2,200 kW. They are powered by 4 Wärtsilä engines (2 x 6L34DF with 2510 kWe each + 2 x 8L20DF with 1350 kWe each), adapted to burn both LNG and light diesel. Liquid fuel is stored in a 230 m3 cryogenic tank installed on the ship. Additionally, the ship is equipped with an electric battery system with a design power of 625 kWh.
